The Montezuma Improvement Association works to create an inviting economic atmosphere for existing and new residents and businesses in the community.

If you’re new to the community, the Montezuma Improvement Association can organize teams of talented people to steer you in the right direction.
The group wants to provide for, build, serve and reach out to people of all ages in the residential and business community.
One of the group’s important projects at present is the development of new housing in Montezuma.
Land has been purchased at the south end of town which will be developed into 30 new lots. Survey work for this project will begin in the spring of 2008.
