The Montezuma Community Boosters is a non-profit group of unpaid volunteers who promote the Montezuma area as an attractive place in which to live and do business.

We do this with ongoing meetings, and with several major seasonal events:

·        The Montezuma Area Business Expo

·        Let Freedom Ring 4^th of July

·        Special events

·        Montezuma’s Hometown Holiday

The Boosters have a luncheon meeting, at 11:30 a.m. the second Wednesday of each month in The Apple Basket. The hour-long sessions include a business meeting and guest speakers.

We receive some income from our events, but none are designed as fund-raisers. Our goal is to promote Montezuma and get people used to the idea of coming here. Most of our money has been raised through membership dues, and a little from vendor fees charged at the Business Expo.

We invite you to join our effort in 2008! Here are the annual fee schedules. We hope that you will choose one, based on the level of support you would like to provide:

            Diamond membership - $500

            Gold membership - $250

            Silver membership - $150

            Regular/business membership - $75

            Individual/couples membership - $25

The Montezuma Community Boosters have created a separate fund to help sponsor our major events. There are costs associated with these events, from providing entertainment and refreshments, to promoting and advertising the events. There are plenty of costs and, while not extravagant, they are nevertheless increasing.

So, you can help the Boosters without being a regular member and without attending meetings, if you choose

No gift is too small – or too large! All gifts are meaningful – and appreciated!
